I have an enlarged prostate & today my urologist prescribed Tamsulosin 0.4 & Tadalafil 5mg. He explained everything but I just couldn't take it all in! I have doubts because I also take meds for BP (Amlodipine 5mg & Ramipril 5mg). I searched the internet & discovered that both Tamsulosin & Tadalafil may decrease BP. My urologist is aware of the meds I take but I still have my doubts & would like reassurances! I also take Crestor 20mg & Plavix 75mg. I'm thinking of just taking Tamsulosin for the week? Then perhaps the Cialis a week later if I don't have any reaction to the Tamsulosin!
